Refund policy

We know you will love your candle when you receive it and will be excited for its arrival!

Whilst we take the utmost care when packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, life happens sometimes. So, if your purchase is damaged or we have sent the wrong item, please let us know as soon as you get it and we will liaise with you to rectify the situation.

Just send us a wee note at karen@oshkana.com  and don't forget to attach photographs if the item is damaged.
